Mapping the digital readiness and resilience of HEIs in response to the COVID-19 crisis
The COVID-19 crisis was a turning point for digital transformation. R1 provided cutting-edge analysis, whilst actualizing and supplementing surveys existing prior to COVID-19 which is in dire need to be updated. The results have pinpointed to what is needed, what has already been achieved and draw conclusions. By understanding how educational institutions responded to COVID-19 we have gained a unique insight into how they adapt and improved their digital capabilities. The collected data provided us with the material needed to produce and implement innovative framework to prepare HE and tertiary VET institutions for digital transformations.
